RETURN POLICY

 

You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving the work. Returns are not accepted on custom orders or commissions. 

 

Return Process:

•    Contact AMMO Artworks:

Email: michelle@ammoartwork.com or Phone: +47 41476613 with the following information:

- your full name, contact phone number and email, and the reason for requesting a return. If the art item arrived to you via courier, please state tracking number. 

 

•    Re-package the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to packaging error, you will be responsible. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

•    You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus the shipping costs. Items that have been damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted. You will receive an email when the artist receives your return.

 

Artwork Damaged in Transit to You

If your package appears damaged, please contact AMMO Artworks immediately so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials. It would be helpful to take a picture of how the package looks upon arrival.

 

Cancellations

Any order that is not a special customer order or commission can be cancelled prior to the artist shipping the work.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used in purchasing within 7 to 14 business days.
