Course Correction

Sometimes we circle back into a dark period of our lives, and spin there for a while. Somehow there is always for a reason for it. It may mean we need to clarify something in present day, or it may be a reminder that we need to change our perspective, or clean an old wound. Whatever the cause for spiraling downward at times, we need to fully trust the process and let it flow and pass. It is teaching us something. It has a reason, and eventually we will learn, grow and course correct again...... until the next time.
