Resources
Explore. Reflect. Discover something useful
Over the years I’ve created a substantial library of teachings, courses, books, workshops and creative tools around self-awareness, mindset, confidence and personal growth.
Rather than asking you to navigate dozens of separate offers, I’ve gathered some of the most useful material here.

Think of this page as a library. Take what speaks to you. Leave what doesn’t. Come back whenever you need something different.

The Art of Awareness Academy
Learn at your own pace.
The Art of Awareness Academy is a collection of self-paced programs created to help you understand your thinking, strengthen self-belief and deepen your awareness.
Featured programs may include Transform Your Thinking, Develop Unshakeable Self-Belief, Manage Your Mind, Activate Healing Love and Discover Soul Lessons.
Books
I've written and published two books since 2019 and I'm currently working on my third book.
"Transform Your Thinking" is a practical exploration of the way our thoughts, beliefs and interpretations influence how we experience our lives. It is included here on this site as a self-paced course with book and workbook.

"Stepping Stones" is a memoir about reinvention, creativity and learning to trust yourself again.
Through personal stories, original songs and the paintings they inspired, I explore the experiences that shaped me, the beliefs I had to question and the gradual journey from self-doubt toward greater self-belief, meaning and purpose.
At its heart, it’s a story about what can happen when we begin to see our lives differently and allow creativity to help us make sense of where we’ve been and who we’re becoming.

A Note About This Library
Some of these resources were created during earlier chapters of my work.
My language has evolved. My thinking has evolved. I have evolved.
I’ve chosen to keep material that still feels useful while allowing myself to update, question or expand upon older ideas.
That feels much more interesting to me than pretending we’re ever finished learning.
