Heart of the Matter is an online community for meaningful conversations, self-discovery and becoming more fully yourself.

It has been part of my work for many years. So many conversations, teachings, questions, workshops and shared experiences have happened inside this community with women from around the world.

But communities, like people, evolve and this one is entering a new chapter.

What Heart of the Matter is Becoming

Heart of the Matter isn’t meant to be another online space you have to keep up with.

It’s a place to drop in, reflect, join a meaningful conversation, share what you’re learning and connect with other women who are asking some of the same questions.

Some weeks I may share a reflection, teaching, creative exercise or something from the archive. Other times, the most meaningful conversation may begin with one of you.

Because we believe community works best when it is shaped together, members help influence the character and direction of Heart of the Matter as it continues to evolve.
