It is THE most powerful machine on the planet! That's why it's so important to actively manage it so it doesn't send us down any rabbit holes or dark alleys. 

 

Taking back control of how your mind processes life is one of the most empowering feelings you'll ever experience.

 

The effects are long lasting too because you'll no longer

 - live on auto-pilot or doubt your own instincts.

 - find yourself in situations that don't serve you.

 - be at the mercy of self-judgment and criticism

When you MANAGE your mind you sit behind the wheel of your life and consciously choose where you want to go!

Simply changing how you DO things won’t give you the results you want.
 
In order to create change you MUST change your THINKING first.
 
How you THINK affects everything – it affects how you feel on a daily basis, the actions or non-actions you take & and therefore the results you achieve or don't achieve.
 
You can’t expect to achieve the desired results when your life is controlled by limiting thoughts that created the problem in the first place – the self-doubt, the lack of trust in your decision-making, and the inner voice of criticism will keep derailing you until you do something about them.
 
If you want to change something in your life, then you need to learn how the mind processes life events and circumstances.

In the six training modules of "Manage your Mind", you'll learn mind management principles and concepts and how to start implementing them right away.

You may not even be aware of your thoughts. They might be buried at a subconscious or even unconscious level. â€‹
 
When you shine a light into these darker areas of the mind, you get to know what stories your brain is feeding you.

 

Your brain is always telling you something. It operates mostly on auto-pilot and deep in your consciousness.

 

Bringing more awareness to this will uncover what needs to change, so you can break out of the auto-pilot cycle that is not currently serving you. 
 
Here's a real life example that most people can relate to:

 

  • You desire to earn more money, but no matter what you do it seems you can't get ahead. Perhaps you grew up hearing and believing that money doesn't grow on trees; that it takes hard work and struggle to get ahead.

  • Then as you grew older and got out into the world, you noticed that people who had money were envied, even disliked - so that planted another impression or false belief in your mind that if you ever did make a lot of money, people may not like you, or they may think you're a bad person.

  • In this case, we see the power of belief (even false beliefs... ) at play. As long as those beliefs are running the show, it doesn't matter what you do. You won't make more money because your brain doesn't believe you will be safe, loved and secure if you do.

 

Another example:

  • If you're trying to be healthier, but you don't believe you'll ever be fit or you're not convinced that healthy eating will actually work for you, then you won't create a healthy relationship with food.
